I especially love the sculpt class. Most recently I had Ashlee as an instructor on Saturday morning and she was amazing. Exactly what I wanted for taking that class! Perfect way to start my day.

Convenient, lots of choices of class times and types. Very welcoming and helpful on all levels.

Out of the other studios I've tried, the Old Town location is definitely my favorite. Even though it is more inconvenient for me to get to, I usually try to make it to this studio because I love the instructors! I have been to other studios where I take a C2 class and I hardly sweat, the moves aren't as toning, and the instructors are hard to hear and don't play the best music. I have loved all of the Old Town instructors so much!

The teacher for C2 on Tuesday night, I think her name is Taylor, is great. A very warm and enthusiastic greeting. She was comfortable enough to share at the end of class that that was her first time teaching a C2 class. I just assumed she'd been doing C2 for a long time. Her teaching is good and I like how she says every time we come to the mat is an "opportunity for growth." Excellent all around.

Staff is great! - welcoming, friendly and supportive. As a newbie, I did not feel out of place and received encouragement and feedback. The first week free is an excellent way to sample classes, work with different instructors and get a feel for the environment.
