Love working out at core power

Instructors are amazing . Only thing I would suggest that the end of each class that the instructor fans a towel over its members. So do it and some don’t. The great instructors do. This is all I have to say

Class options and Convenient location to my home

Great location, especially love HPF, bring back 7am weekends please, also would attend for 5am weekdays in winter

Extended class times, teachers going at the pace of the class and teaching at various levels (not just advanced), and class sizes are super manageable (no one is sweating all over each other even when its really crowded)

Roxy Cordt is a fantastic new teacher, bringing together new flows and great perspective. Also, London runs an amazing studio -- I've been going here despite not living in Old Town, merely because London is so great at building community!

Zacharias was an absolutely FABULOUS instructor! I've taken several of Core Power classes as well as other studios. He had a fantastic intention/series for class and I brought a friend who had never taken Core Power and she absolutely loved it. Thanks for a great experience!

Instructors at the facility are fantastic!

Jordan was absolutely fantastic! I was the only one in the class which admittedly made it a little nervous at first but she made me feel very comfortable and normal for not knowing too much. She was super clear, noticed that I was a visual learner so she showed me what it was supposed to look like and was very positive. Thanks again Jordan!

Amazing sculpt classes that are a phenomenal total body workout! I don't like how expensive walk-ins are though

I have a taken a number of CPY classes at different studios and they have all been great and challenging. I really loved the class I took recently at your Old Town studio with Roxy -- it was such a great stretch, sweat and chill class and exactly what I needed!

I don't go to Old Town as often since it isn't as convenient based on my location but this location is just as wonderful as the rest!!

Not related to this location or feedback for CPY but I was curious after taking a class at this location on Friday. There was a woman in class wearing gym shoes and not following the rest of the class or the instructor at all. Not modifying, literally just doing her own workout. I realize that each class is individual to the person - heck I know sometimes I need to modify or rest - but is there a threshold where someone could be politely asked to follow along a little more? It was so distracting being on our backs doing core while this woman is up doing arms and squats. And the gym shoes?? I mean I guess what's the harm - it just seemed so odd. I kept thinking - why take/pay for a group workout class if you aren't planning on doing the work out. Maybe she wanted to get a workout in the heat and this was the best way to do so?

Teachers classes and just about everything :). Wish the old town location had a few more c1 classes tho..

The instructors in the Sculpt Class are amazing & the music.
