Energy

I loved the class I attended and especially the instructor. Her name was Haley. Haley was energetic, motivating and provided great instructions as to the poses and pace of the class. I would definitely attend another class at Core Power and another class of Haley's in the future

Amazing teachers

Always kept clean. Always welcoming people. Staff and instructors are great. Times for evening classes are better than some other locations. I like being able to choose between OT and GC locations after work.

I like all of the different teachers that i have had in class and I am new to yoga, but feel welcomed and excited to come to class.

London is absolutely amazing! She just creates such a welcoming energy, and going to her class completely revitalizes you.

Hello, I like the philosophy of Corepower for the most part. I do notice that both the staff and the location facilities differ greatly which lead to inconsistencies. Overall, I believe that Corepower makes yoga more accessible to all of us and that's a great thing!!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE taking Maddy's class. Time and time again she ensures everyone is comfortable and challenged throughout, I always leave feel incredibly inspired :) Cannot gush enough about my positive experiences taking her classes.

The Sculpt class is great! There are different challenges each time and the instructors are awesome!
