i like your location and that there are 2 studios. I dislike that you discontinued 7am Saturday and Sunday HPF a couple years ago. Carmen was the best (she substituted often)

Lauren is the best teacher ever !! Her playlists rock and she's always super peppy and kind. Her daily 7:30pm class is my fav and I tell all of my friends they need to go! And of course the Old Town studio is always clean & the staff is very welcoming!

I love the location, it's so close to me! I do wish you had restorative classes, sometimes I want to move, but not in an intense sort of way!

Energy
I loved the class I attended and especially the instructor. Her name was Haley. Haley was energetic, motivating and provided great instructions as to the poses and pace of the class. I would definitely attend another class at Core Power and another class of Haley's in the future
