I really enjoyed the class.
One suggestion would be to have your instructors wear microphones as it is hard to hear in a large class with so many people. I have done yoga at other studios that use headset microphones and the sound is much better.

Great studio! Really good instructors, love the music. Only constructive criticism is yoga sculpt gets a little too hot when so many people are in the room- I looked over and it was 111 in class on Thanksgiving!
I love the workout and the post class feeling, it was the perfect difficulty and I have felt me getting stronger from it

Great teachers
the instructors were great! I enjoyed the two classes I took there while in town. The sweat, the burn were amazing! My only concern would simply be upkeep. While I attended classes on two days, I never once saw any cleaning being done. The mat I rented smelled like it may not have been wiped down thoroughly, mirrors were dirty before starting a new class and the showers didn’t seem to have been cleaned between sessions. I still very much enjoyed the class and will be back.
Lila was great! Amazing music, and great cues to help you truly activate your muscles within movements.
