I thought I would never ever do yoga in my life yet here I am enjoying every chance I have to do it!! I recommend everyone to do so as well… it’s a feel good look good form of exercise
The staff at CPY Uptown Chicago are just... wonderful people. The teachers, Erica the studio manager, Tony the regional manager... whatever you need to do to retain these people, definitely do it. It is warm and inviting. The studio is always clean and communication is great.
