Ashley was a great instructor who helped me feel comfortable on one of my first classes at Corepower. I’ve done many similar classes but this was my first. Her music was great too!
I found the instructor very skilled. The locker room was clean and spacious, and the class schedule was great. It's hard to find C1 classes in the early evening, and this was at 5:30 which is great.

Megan was such a great teacher!! It was my firs tclass back in over a year and she made me feel super comfortable. She kept saying throughout the class "listen to your body" and it was SOOO helpful. She is an excellent teacher.

Great variety of classes and teachers and clean studio! The temperature in the room is much lower than it is at similar studios. I am constantly recommending CorePower to friends! My only complaint is how hard it is to book a class outside of 9-5 business hours.
I loved both classes with Alyssa & Isabella! The front desk was so welcoming too

The Deerfield studio is a great place for yoga practice because the instructors are so friendly and the studio is very clean. I am so grateful that Core Restore has continued at this studio. Special thanks to Marcy for her continued commitment to a mindful and enjoyable class experience.

Stephanie does a fantastic job running the show! The studio is always clean, friendly and welcoming! Started yoga almost 7 years ago. I took teacher training and developed a NEW wonderful life style. It changed my life! I don't teach BUT going to school for 3 months - learning proper poses... it created a habit that has made me a healthier, happier person.

I like how comfortable I feel at the studio. As a bigger woman I never feel judged or uncomfortable being in a sports bra and leggings around the other yogis. Everybody minds their own business and is really there to better themselves. I love going and I love the way the classes make me feel. I especially love Rolanda Wang’s classes, they are my favorite. Her flows are so fun and inventive, I never miss her class.
I love that the yoga sculpt classes are consistently challenging and always different and have loved coming to corepower for the past year plus! However, in the past few weeks it seems like all the instructors have changed the style of their class: the move sequences have become incredibly complicated with multi step/combo moves that feel less effective on working muscles because you’re just trying to keep up (not to mention ripe to cause injury if you’re not being careful). Also, the style has changed from a more traditional yoga flow/pilates with intentional, slow movement to more intense and fast-paced circuit workouts, including a lot more focus on upper body and less so on lower. I miss the old style of sculpt!

Love the feel of the River North studio, and Elle is one of my favorite instructors!
