Everyone is friendly and warm upon entry. I like the variety of music with instructors. I have favorite instructors Amy, Christine, Sandi, Elyse- but I have only had one that I was not fond of and I think she was having an off day.
Wow! Lauren was excellent. That was intense but I feel like I acconplished more before 8am than most people will today!

CPY Village district has a energetic buzz in the yoga lobby and studios. Very few incidences when it's not hot enough or loud enough. Parking is scarce though.
