It felt like a workout with the hot yoga class. The poses had ranging levels of difficulty so all levels could participate. Outside of the actual class, the parking is difficult to navigate. I reserved the class via ClassPass, but there weren’t directions in the reservation on where to park. Additionally, I couldn’t find information on their website. When I tried to call the location, the customer support options couldn’t get me to someone working there. Once I arrived, I learned there was student and staff parking, but not a lot of free spots. I ended up parking at the Whole Foods and grabbing dinner after because of the parking painpoints.

Class. My only criticism is that more instructors provide soft, non-rhythmic music selections during Savasanah. Love the high volume, upbeat music during class, but we advocate for peace , tranquility and silence during Savasanah, yet most instructors play loud, bumpin music, which doesn’t support that type of ambience.
Would love to see some more C2 classes offered.

I am a founding Sauganash member while I still like the studio, it needs a deep clean. Inside the locker room the showers, corners in the changing areas, base boards need a derp clean. I have also noticed in the last few years the day to day cleanliness of the entire studio has gone down hill. I have verbally mentioned this to whomever is at the front desk, but it hasn’t really improved. Thanks!

Great facility with multiple rooms to accommodate different class sizes. Class schedule is robust with plenty of afternoon and early evening sessions (my preference). And of course the instructors are excellent!
