The instructors have been so great! Particularly Grace, Jenna, Kelly, and Tyler. I like the class variety too. One thing I wish could change is that in the sculpt classes the cardio portion was at the end of class rather than in the middle.
I am so much stronger since I started here! Has truly taken my fitness up several levels. Love the class variety. I love how Sandy builds upon the skills taught in previous week and always teaches a peak pose for the class in C2.

I like the community and how the instructor prefaces class with the idea that we're going to be intentional. I also love that the instructors challenge each individual but allows space for modifications.

The majority of the teachers are phenomenal, and the music is always great! I love the themed classes My only feedback would be the students' conduct. More often than not, I see students texting in the middle of sculpt and C2 classes, and I have seen multiple students take Snapchats and videos while we are in the middle of poses or a sequence. Additionally, I have seen quite a few students wear their street shoes in the studios. Lastly, I find it really distracting when the teachers make inside jokes with their friends who are taking the class they are teaching. I have noticed this is more common amongst the younger, newer sculpt teachers, and it makes it a really awkward environment for all of the other students attending the class.

class schedules give me several choices for each time slot in the morning (when I do yoga). Maliah was a calm and professional teacher; her flows and peak pose were all well designed.

I love Core Power Yoga and all of the instructors.
However, for the last several weeks (possibly up to 2 months) the heat in Studio 2 hasn't been working.
I think there are some amenities that Management can provide to monthly members when something like this happens. Why am I paying $4 to rent a mat when the heat in the studio isn't working?
We are promised a certain standard, and the studio is not living up to that. Due to this, I have been attending classes at a different studio which is not as convenient, yet still paying the same monthly membership cost with mat rentals.

the instructors are great-however it seems the studio is losing some really good instructors.
However, I do think the building-especially the bathrooms need to be cleaned more often.
JC is just the best. His classes are a work out. I can’t do some of the poses and I never feel bad about that. He’s very supportive and makes the class comfortable for everyone no matter your level.
I hear the 6a classes may be going to all HPF and sculpt?
Really wish there were more variety for first class of the day. C2, HPF, sculpt, CSX. Though i appreciate variety on all levels, I would rather have the same teacher leading different formats than have different teachers leading the same formats.
