I have taken Christine and Tiffany's restorative classes and they're AMAZING. Both teachers are fully committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere in which students are encouraged to listen to their body's unique needs. Christine's themes are next level and she so seamlessly gives customizations that you feel like they're just neutral choices rather than things to do if you can't do something. Tiffany's retention of student names is other worldly and her anatomy knowledge is like nothing I've ever encountered. I've been to A LOT of CPY studios and I'm so very impressed with the quality of teachers I've taken class from at the Oak Park studio.
