I liked the intensity of the class and the balance between cardio, strength, and flexibility.
My experience was great. The studio was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I took a class with Lanise. I was beyond impressed with her skill, knowledge and creative sequencing. I really enjoyed class. I look forward to taking classes there again.
