I loved how knowledgeable and dedicated the instructor was. The space was clean and well organized. Check-in was easy and I felt welcome when I walked in. Although the space was small it felt very nicely utilized and the studio was stocked well. I will be back!

Amy’s class that is usually on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3pm is an incredible workout and one of my favorites. From the time I walk in to the time I leave I feel supported and guided. There are other classes that are similar.
My one suggestion is to regulate the heat better for the sculpt classes it’s never the same but some seems to be a building issue beyond anyone’s control who teaches. Sometimes after certain hot classes it feels too hot.
I always feel amazing after the hot yoga sculpt class!! It’s the perfect mix of fun and a tough workout! 10/10 recommend!
Marie is such a gem! Her classes are emotional, well thought out, intentional and so fantastic. I love her! She always brings good energy. She teaches c3.

The studio had women’s and men’s locker rooms, large practice studios, and the staff and teachers are amazing.

Both classes I tried, the instructors were exceptionally warm, inviting, and motivating. I haven't done hot yoga in a decade but I felt comfortable at all times, making modifications where needed and feeling challenged.

I'm hearing impaired and I really appreciated that she ensured we could hear her by lowering the volume of the music. In some classes - especially yoga sculpt - i have a hard time hearing the instructor. If I'm new to the class it's incredibly frustrating.

Great instructor (Brianna) - I think wearing a microphone would have helped it was kind of hard to hear her in the back of the room. Otherwise would recommend!

Sandi, Linsey, Emily, Kelsie, Sam, and sometimes Amy...these are the teachers I usually get to practice with and they are all so PHENOMENAL! Each teacher is so encouraging and thoughtful. I love the playlists, the intentions, and the fun they all provide! Thank you for the very best way to start every day!
