I love Mee's C1 class. The vinyasa flow is great for beginners or advanced yoga practitioners and she is a kind and patient instructor. I also love that she always ends class with "ohm"--very relaxing yoga class.

In addition to the classes, the people working there are so welcoming and helpful. Also the availability of showers and the way that everything is accommodated to what a woman would need is so well thought through and everything feels good, making the entire experience rejuvenating
