I love that there are many options and timeslots for classes. I also love that the instructors are kind, encouraging and empowering. My practice has deepened because of the instructors and the classes offered. And, I also like that the instructors keep mixing it up and adding variety with music, sequences, lights, and heat.

I was mentally relaxed and got a good muscle stretch and workout.
I enjoyed the instructor! Not strict about all of us in the same pose all the time. She gave good alternative suggestions for people who aren’t as flexible or for those who want more advanced moves. I also loved the HEAT!

Everything- Lindsey is my absolute favorite instructor (C3) . The experience has been life-changing for me. Since June 2024, I have lost a significant amount of weight and I credit my time at core power to this.
Great free class gives beginners an opportunity to try out yoga before committing. It is also an opportunity to spend time with my wife, who is a longtime member. Teachers are great and very friendly. Classes are great. Fantastic experience overall!
