Hinsdale is a great studio and Lauren Dembek is the best instructor out there and is great at all formats. She is amazing on every level! I travel all over the US to CPY locations and Hinsdale, and Lauren, are the best.

Really amazing teachers! I really liked the special hands on assist classes the other week. More special themed weeks would be nice. Wipes seem to be out of stock a lot the past couple months.
Plenty of parking, plenty of space in locker rooms, engaging staff—love it. The only downside is that there aren’t any windows in either studio rooms.
I was hesitant at first to practice at Hinsdale, as the community is very segregated and exclusive. However, I have been extremely and pleasantly suprised. The Hinsdale stusio is very warm and friendly. The studio is extremely clean and kept in pristine condition. The teachers and manager make the studio one of the best places to practice in the Western subirbs. Tiffany is a great manager. She is extremely friendly and greets every student that walks through the door by their name. She always has a big smile on her face!! Jay, Melissa and Nicole are the greatest teachers. They always push me and challenge me to do my best. They are all extremely warm and knowledgeable. They offer hands on assistance each and every class. I love the studio because the class ratio is small and the classes are therefore more manageable for the teachers. The atmosphere is warm amoung the students and not as cliquey as some other studios. I really love this studio and I can feel the warmth amoung the staff and teachers. I feel comfortable bringing my daughter here and I feel that is the highest recommendation one can get. Thank you to Tiffany, Melissa, Nicole and Jay, and any other teacher that I may have missed
The instructors create very nice routines, are very helpful, super kind and welcoming. There are a lot of classes available and love how hot the rooms get. The free community classes are also a terrific option and are very popular now. They get a bit crowded and the tape on the floor doesn't really match some of the bigger mats fyi. I've invited a number of friends who are enjoying them and thinking about joining or buy class packs. I also appreciated the wipes that you provide - please don't discontinue them. :) If anything, ask folks to take no more than 2 or 3 so they're not wasted. Thank you, Crystal and Sauganash team!

i love how clean the facility is and how nice the people are! i’ve never felt unwelcome at this studio. plus i love how hot the rooms get! i want to say you have the hottest studio in the area. it’s part of the reason i mainly go to this location.
