I love the space, the teachers, and this class in particular which is Vinyasa flow. I never feel like I need to leave the room from overheating whereas in other corepower classes, I always need to leave 30-40 mins in.

Great teacher and atmospher
Great experience, Elizabeth was great! The class I took was C2 and the flow we did was intermediate. Good vibes, great music, and instructor was guiding everyone through the flow. Felt comfortable in the space. I am starting to get back into yoga again, and taking these classes made me realize how much I enjoy the yogi community. I highly recommend and definitely will take again.
