It was fun to try a 1.5 class, and I liked the middle of-the-day time (and traveled from DC for the second time because of it).
I did wonder: is it normal for 1.5 classes to be heated or is it just at the discretion of the teacher or studio? (It was 93 or so 103% humidity.). It happens that I am not a lover of the heat in general but I know others feel differently.

Clarendon yoga is well managed yoga studio with a great selection of classes. My go to studio for YS classes .. one can feeel the pulse of the community!!

I'm ready for the challenge. I do what I can at my fitness level right now, and I'll eventually catch up. I don't feel like I'm being judged.
I have to go to the 10:30 classes this week because I am babysitting a German shepherd - Butch.
Typically, I go to the 6am because I'm an early bird.
I just like that there are so many options at this location, and it's so incredibly close to my apartment.

Great location. Loved seeing people walk by but when we needed privacy/darker room the instructor was able to close the blinds. Great music choice and it was not loud.
