Recent Sculpt class was very challenging. Would have liked layers offered so I could adjust to make easier at times. Great workout though.

When I first came to CorePower in Studio City, it had been over six years since I last took a yoga class. I was worried that I would be intimidated. So far my experience has been the exact opposite, the environment is extremely welcoming and inclusive. Now I just wish I had done this sooner.
Nothing bad to say because it is all good. They are a wonderful yoga studio. They know how to teach and guide yoga so that your body is stronger and not injured. You get a really good workout of mind and body.
All staff is very friendly and attentive !

One small thing. I noticed there is some mold/mildew growing in the men's showers at the Studio City location. They could use some treatment/cleaning.
Love the instructor I had. He was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. It was my first time and he was also very patient good with his cues and making sure I had good form or the correct for.
Melinda’s Sculpt class was superb! Always a guaranteed workout combo leaving me rejuvenated after.
