The yoga instructor was very patient with me. I had let them know I was new to yoga. They were very understanding and patient. I got a great workout and felt comfortable. They guide you and don't push you or shame you for not being able to do certain poses.

I love this location and the variety of classes. The atmosphere is truly the best, and I appreciate that the instructors teach with great care and intention and sometimes have specialties (mindfulness, journaling, herbal medicine, etc) that add a special quality to the already superb yoga practice. CorePower will always have you leaving feeling better than you came.

I like instructors that are there to challenge students. I don't enjoy boring classes especially when instructors teach the sculpt classes in a very slow fashion.

I like late night classes, consistently great instruction, many locations!

I loved the class with Laura F. Energetic and great music.

Core power is great, especially the HPF classes. Lupita is my favorite teacher because she is knowledgeable and has great energy and understands flow. My only concern is there seems to be a lot of instructor turn over lately and the newer instructors are treating classes more like aerobics classes instead of yoga.

Blake was a great teacher and encourager. I was simply exhausted before doing the class and he made me feel comfortable to go at my own pace. And I felt more rejuvenated after the class.

When I first came to CorePower in Studio City, it had been over six years since I last took a yoga class. I was worried that I would be intimidated. So far my experience has been the exact opposite, the environment is extremely welcoming and inclusive. Now I just wish I had done this sooner.

Nothing bad to say because it is all good. They are a wonderful yoga studio. They know how to teach and guide yoga so that your body is stronger and not injured. You get a really good workout of mind and body.
