Have admittedly become fiend for torture in the new year. If I go three days without taking a sculpt class, I start itching.....day five is full withdrawals. Never thought I had an addictive personality but happy that if anything, its addicted to CorePower!

My daughter had invited me to try yoga several times, but I never paid much attention to it. However, since last year, I accepted her invitation, and it has been the best decision I've made. Yoga has become a world of tranquility, where I feel good and at peace with my body. I struggle with obesity, and at first, it was frustrating trying to do some poses, but I overcame it. I am truly grateful for everything I’ve learned and how it has transformed me.

I really enjoy the classes with Aka, Bob, Tim, Laura V, and Lydia; they are wonderful coaches who make the experience even more special.

The Yoga Sculpt class was great! Nick has great energy and stays engaged with everyone in the class. The studio and locker rooms were clean. I appreciated that you labeled the class for the room with the equipment that we needed.

Corepower is a large company with studios nationwide however there is always a small, warm, community feel whenever I visit any studio.

I love this location! I’ve taken a bunch of classes here & the teachers are all phenomenal. With the larger room size, it might get hot but never feels as stuffy as some of the other studios I’ve been to. I’m so grateful that my friend has brought me with her buddy pass as the Sculpt classes are the BEST form of exercise, stress relief & fun.

Don’t judge a book by its cover… this studio is a gem. And I go to CorePower si ce the beginning! I’ve been in Hawaii, Seattle, NY, you name it!
The classes here are great.

This was my first time in Melinda’s class, and it’s one of the best I’ve ever taken. Will be back time and again to work out with her.
