I have been coming here for over 10 years. I enjoy the classes and instructors. I just have an ongoing issue with this building smelling like gross cigarette smoke which makes it a very unpleasant environment walking in and out the building, elevator and 2nd floor lobby. Especially for a fitness studio, this should be addressed with the building management. The cleanliness is still a little sub-par in the halls and lockers and I am really annoyed that the classes start late and several instructors aren't starting in a timely manner. Also the quiet time in the studio rooms is never enforced. Some classes especially on the weekends are so loud once inside the classroom. Overall I think the actual classes are great and the workout is worth the price.

Instructors are excellent and classes are fun and a great workout. Love how knowledgeable the HPF and flow instructors are. I learn something every class.

I attended an excellent class on this past Sunday. The employees at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. The instructor was great. I can't wait to take another class when I am in LA.

I absolutely love Stacy C's Yoga sculpt class!! I was so happy that she was subbing this past Sunday at 9:30am, I wish she could teach that class all the time... I also really like her C2 and HPF class!!
The class I took with Blake this week was legitimately my favorite class I've ever taken (and I let him know that). It was fully challenging, fun, fluid, and reconstructive. A very mindful practice. I have nothing but positive things to say, I left class feeling exhausted, yet fully refreshed - thank you!!

love the studio! very clean and everyone is so friendly. my only issue is the parking garage/ QR code for parking never works :/ but there is street parking usually!

I enjoy most of it. However, I’ve been meaning to say, in the men’s locker room, the shower door first from the right does not close completely which results in a puddle of water on the ground just outside of that first shower.
If the door were fixed to close completely, my experience would be better.
The coach is very nice and is really helpful.

Lauren's Yoga Sculpt class is great! A perfect balance of warm-up, intensity and cool-down. Excellent, clear instruction. The studio is clean and the teachers/staff are welcoming. Love this place!

It would be nice if all instructors would follow the same temperature guidelines for the class. Yoga sculpt should not be as warm as hot power fusion. When people ask for the temperature to be hotter than the suggested temperature it punishes those who attend class thinking it’s going to be one temperature and in reality it is way hotter.
