Alexis - her classes A-LEX-tro-fies her "yogi's" with challenges that push you into the next realm of personal potential - Nick -Inspires - Motivates and Energizes while Nicholas "The Great" - first makes you laugh then provides a practice that "exceeds" expectations - while ADAM "The Atomizer" creates a neutronic explosion that is good for the body - mind & soul! I felt welcomed and everyone I encountered was very friendly. As a newbie you don't always feel warmly embraced at fitness studios! I love the multitude of options for class times and types as well. The facility was clean and proximity to home is also a huge plus.

Wonderful instructors, mindful classes.

The staff was incredible. They were friendly and attentive. People walked in and were all greeted like they were old friends, even new sign-ups. Camryn was an incredible teacher and made the class both hard work and insanely enjoyable and spiritual.
