Tons of classes and great music

The overall energy and ambiance is what keeps me coming back to corepower yoga. The instructors have a way of allowing you to fully submerge yourself into the practice and make every minute of the class. I would without a doubt recommend Hot Power Fusion to all my family and friends who are in needed to disconnecting themselves from the world for an hour and rebooting themselves through the power of movement and meditation. Not only am I now able to manage my anxiety, I feel as if I carry a sense of peace and balance after I leave the studio.

My yoga instructor was so welcoming and supportive ! It was my first time ever trying and felt it was inspirational. Only thing was that I was not sure what I was doing with some of the poses.

CorePower Yoga is so hot and so hard that I can't focus on ANYTHING else except yoga for the whole hour. The rest of the world -- and all of my problems and anxieties -- go up in steam :)
