Amazing workout

Excellent instructor. Challenging class

I loved the intensity of the class and the calmness in the instructors voice. It was the perfect balance to keep my mind in a positive state as my body temp started to rise. The room's smell took a little time getting used to, but I understand why. With it being so hot and moist I assume it is almost impossible to not have some kind of smell, but it did not take a way from the experience as the class went on. Also, and this is me just throwing it out there lol, some aromatherapy in the palms of our hands after an intense class would really just seal the deal! Thank you!!!

CPY Studio City, CA is fantastic! The people are great. The instructors are great. Ali and Meg M who lead the most recent inversions workshop are amazing! Kallie is mind-blowing!

The rest of this has to do with the rating system you have implemented in this feedback form.

By offering a prize or a gift or any encouragement whatsoever to give a high rating you are inherently biasing the ratings which therefore renders all rating moot. How many people do you think falsely bumped up their ratings to get the gift? One is too many. Your data is corrupt and you can't accurately interpret any analysis for improvement based on that skewed data.

I rated you a 9. Would I have given you a 9 if there wasn't a biased encouragement to do so? I don't know because before I had a chance to even think about how I would rate CPY I've already been biased by the end of the sentence.

If you wish to get honest feedback and improve every aspect of your business which will directly result in positive revenue (read: ca-ching $$$), then offer the gift of two weeks for doing the survey no matter what the rating is. The risk for CPY is so very little (at worst someone gets 2 weeks of free yoga) and the payoffs are so grande (get a new customer in the door to try it out and see for themselves how wonderful yoga is and how inviting CPY is to new yogis!). From a business standpoint your ROI (return on investment) will be astronomical. There is no logical reason not make this improvement.

The quality of your teachers is like no other yoga studio I've been too. I have a few favorites but all your teachers are still better than most studios I've been to. You have large clean facilities.

I have only been twice, but I like the facility, classes and instructors, and the array of class options to take.

The facility is flawless. Clean studios, bathrooms, and the employees are great. always feel welcomed when i go there. There are no overbearing instructors, and they are all willing to assist in any way.

The instructor for the class was amazing! I came out knowing I got a good relaxing workout. Her words are so soothing and she's just great.

I love heated yoga and the instructors at Corepower are super friendly, helpful and patient. I only wish I could take classes more than I presently do.

It was my first time yoga ever. I tried with CorePower and I love it. The teachers are extremely good. I would recommend to anyone who would like to start healthy life.
