It is great that corepower yoga provides various types of the classes. The students can always have a choice and won't get bored!

I love everything about this studio. Not only do I feel great after leaving each class, but I have connected with the teachers on so many different levels. This studio and teachers have really changed the way I used to look at yoga and have truly changed my life for the better.

The variety!!

The instructors are very easy to follow and willing to answer any questions. Specifically, Monica L. & Shelby. In my experience, they have been a great help to me. It's always a good experience going to class at CPY. Never intimidating, always welcoming. I love the variety of products as well, although I do find that they can be a bit pricey. As far as the classes, I have the monthly unlimited package and I find the pricing of that to be very fair.

I love the options that your classes provide, as well as the frequency and times the classes vary. Keeps me open with my schedule.

The classes provide very specific instructions for getting into the postures and exceptional deepening and safety cues. Instructors are very knowledgable in anatomy. A novice can attend any class and feel successful in his/her practice.

Teacher are very challenging in postures and have a great flow. Each teacher has his or her own significance allowing variety.

The yoga teachers are very nice and informative.

The class is great, I especially like when the teachers spend a moment correcting a pose you are in and telling you exactly what your body should look like in that pose

I love being able to take the yoga sculpt with Monica on Tuesdays and Thursdays right after I drop my kids off at school. Her class is fabulous!

I like the facility (the cleanliness, the access to a locker room with a shower and the large selection of blocks and water (squirt bottle) to wet my mat cover.

Plenty of classes daily. Clean maintenance and kind staffs and instructors.

It's always friendly concious, as a long time yoga teacher myself 12 years and practicing over 30 years I like the change in class never truly knowing what to espect. Even the HPF classes add some unexpected move which keep the students alert versus on automatic. Forcing you to stay present.

Always friendly staff, great facilities. Always enjoy coming into the studio for a class or two!
