bummer the heat went out but still got in a good sweat!

I absolutely loved my Core Power Yoga experience! I did the one week free trial. I then did the introductory month. I took classes in Torrance, Hermosa, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Goleta and Pentagon City. I went every day consecutively from Dec 28-Jan 30. I could see my body transformation and fell my strength building. The instructors were all very knowledgeable, motivational, and kind. It was my self care gift as I headed to turning 50 years old! Thank you for an amazing experience to help me get back into shape!

Unfortunately I cancelled my membership. The closest studios were 25 minutes from my house and it was just out of reach for me to consistently keep going once the membership increased.

The instructors

There are a wide range of dynamic classes available with a great array of teachers. Yenly, Sarah, Jessie and Sophia are my favorite teachers with standout sequencing and helpful hands on assistance/guidance to further my practice. One opportunity with classes could be to offer more options for C1 or even better a prenatal class if possible (with a teacher who is confident to offer alternate postures etc)
The studio itself is great as it’s close in location to me and there is always parking available. It’s always well kept and the front staff are welcoming.

I like that your body is warm and can do the poses easier. When I sweat, I feel like I’m getting rid of some toxins from my body. I also like the instructors. Although I have limitations on the poses that they do, i can modify them to fit me.

I really like taking Sofia and George's classes. I find their instruction really helpful I love coming back for their classes

George and Sarah Ro are exceptional; they are very different styles and yet complimentary in the totality of my experience!

I love Yenly’s class ! It’s my favorite yoga sculpt class…!!! She’s inspiring and always gives an inspiring message .
Although……..I took a C2 class news years eve at 11 am ..Sofias class ….the class was too PACKED ….it had to have been over the max ! I counted about 40 people . Can’t practice yoga when a class is that packed …..I learned my lesson….i will leave next time .

Love love love this studio, and Izumi and Sarah's class. The improvement on cleanliness has improved inside the studio, mirrors are cleaned and floors feel nice and clean too. One thing that at times continues from people is the talking inside the studio, Please enforce silence inside studio rooms. Thank you!

I love my CorePower instructors. They are the BEST! Izumi, Kat, George, and Nana are wonderful. I look forward to taking classes with some of the new instructors. I appreciate them trying to make my inflexible body flexible. LOL

My daughter encouraged me to sign up for a free week. i have never done yoga. It was a great class. I wish there were more demos as I was very lost and don’t understand the poses yet, but I enjoyed the class and have two friends signing up with me.

Great studio, instructors and such an amazing workout.

Great classes and teachers.

I like instructors and location. Instructors are nice and they motivate me. I like the facility also. Only negative thing is their showers are broken for at least one week so I had to take shower with very cold water in my last 2 visits

The instructors are awesome… I especially enjoy taking classes from Sofia, Ava, Yenly and Leticia who make it a joy to practice yoga often!!

Nice facility, Yenly does a great job giving us a challenging class that she mixes up so it’s not always the same. She is friendly snd supportive as well.

On these past two visits the water in the shower was not hot. Please get fixed.

The staff & instructors are so friendly! We are looking forward to beginning a membership once we get back from our travel over the holidays.

The instructors are great. Everyone has their own unique practice and this keeps each class interesting.

I love corepower yoga! the studio is clean and the instructors are always amazing.

Sofia was a great instructor! She had great cues and led the class with a great flow. The class was challenging and fun.

Loved the sequence and the modifications offered! There were so many new poses I hadn’t done before but it was easy to learn because of the clear instructions

Clean. Instructors seem happy and motivated. Parking is ample.
