I really enjoy the quality of instructors and the frequency/variety of class offerings at the Torrance studio. The studio has enough room to spread out and is rarely packed mat to mat which is nice. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The Torrance studio has a great community of instructors and students. Always fun taking classes and seeing long time teachers and students who are super friendly. George does a great job offering a variety of classes with great teachers. The only change id suggest is to brighten up the room with new flooring, paint and ceiling.. like the Hermosa and Manhattan studios.

I couldn’t decide going to yoga long time ! This time i went there 2 times, omg i really love it ! Now i will continue to go at list 3 times week ! All couches is very nice , friendly and professional ❤️ Now I would like to recommend all of my friends

I needed a yoga class later in the evening and was delightfully surprised by the beautiful flow in C2 followed by a creative Core Restore with a nourishing sound bath. It was such a treat!

1. Kate M's instruction at the Torrance location! She always has a notebook with her planned workouts, motivates people in the class by learning names and encouraging us by name, and also does a lot of the workout with us so she feels like a trainer and more like a camrade when we are all suffering through the workout!
2. The etiquette of the class goers - people mostly respect the marked areas to place your yoga mat in class and ensure everyone has space. Also class goers are thoughtful of their body odor - I've been to other yoga places where class goers are not considerate of their BO, but this location people are more aware and thoughtful which makes for a more relaxing class.

Everything! Studio is nice, teachers are great and plenty of parking.

It was such a fabrous time to attend the class.
Mai was amazing. Her lessons were enjoyable and had just the right level of challenge, then I found them very rewarding. It was also great to see that she herself was clearly enjoying teaching the lessons.
I'm sure I can come back to her lesson.
