Yesterday was my very first yoga class. Samantha and D'Andre answered all the questions I had, and really went out of there way to ease any apprehension that was present. I was so relaxed and invogorated after my class! I will be recommending core power yoga to everyone one I know as a great alternative to your "normal" gym experience. I'm looking forward to attending my second class today at your Redondo Beach Studio. I'm really glad that you are able to practice at any studio!
