Instructors and studio space

I've been going to CP for 8 years now. It is the studio that got me excited about yoga and led me to a practice that has truly changed my life. I've practiced mostly at the San Diego studios and just attended the Torrance studio for he first time since I am new to the area. It was so comforting to learn that I could count on corepower, even in a different city, to deliver a challenging, well-instructed, fun, and motivating class no matter what studio i take class at. I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I am a professionally trained ballet dancer and massage therapist. It is not easy to find well trained instructors who provide not only the knowledge to lead different skill levels through a safe yet challenging practice but also provide the patience and calm and care that people are seeking when they attend a yoga class. CP is the best! I'm always excited to refer clients and friend and family and I think it is wonderful that you still offer a free week for new students. That free week is what allowed me to try classes when I had little money and I'm still hooked and loyal 8 years later!

Samantha, Leticia, D'andre, Monica and a new teacher with an accent. I forgot her name. I also love the vibe, the staff, the sales and the free tampons and shower essentials. There was also an instructor, I think Jennifer, that use to teach sat or Sunday mornings at 10am. I don't think she is there anymore but I always wish she would come back. She was who got my hooked to the place. She had the best music, which is so important to me, and the most soothing teaching style.

The instructors/teachers are absolutely fabulous. They have all led each practice with knowledge as well as thoughtful recommendations and ideas. I especially enjoy the 75 minute classes with D'andre, Brad, Megan. The studio is always so clean and calm. Love all the clothing and mala beads too. This place rocks.
