It is so great that I was able to try out the class at no cost. I loved the class, the place, the instructors,.. the ladies are so awesome. Love it. I had tried Yoga twice before and I was certain I did not like Yoga and that it was not for me. Later, I am here trying it again and loving it, a good friend of mine introduced it to me two weeks ago and which I was a little hesitant at first since I had experienced Yoga in the past. I was not so thrilled about it once she mentioned it, but she convinced me and I am so happy I had a change of heart. I am hoping to continue this class, I enjoy it very much and have expressed it to my family and friends when talking about workouts. Thank you Yoga Ladies.

I like how three yoga instructors or more take turns to give the class, everyone is unique.

I have been to two classes so far and the instructors--Erica for Sculpt and Deandre were very good and I loved their spirit for what they were doing.

The classes were both super crowded---almost too many people for size of room.

a good class. It'd be better if an instructor can do yoga together instead of just talking so that we can correct our postures and pauses to the right ones.
