I love the welcome I receive when I enter the studio. The classes are always just what I need. After class, the showers and locker rooms are fully stocked with necessities. And, on my way out, I love to browse the wonderful selection of yoga gear and gift items. I love Core Power!

I would love to see Jess and Mei to offer 2-3 hr workshops on inversion. Not just handstand.
I truly enjoy Jess' when she deeply connect the practice with Chakras and Bhandas.
And Mei is so excellent with anatomy base warm-up, preparation for 'the pose of the day'. For both teachers, an hour us just not enough. For black tag members who is ready to take it to next level or new students who can learn and gain so much from. Thank you. cm

The instructors are great!

I love the variety of sessions, of the studio that I go. unlike other studios that have the same session everyday at the same time.
I also enjoy the friendly enthusiasm of the instructors of this studio that I go. one observation however I wish it gets address by management; is the increase of members who come in before the session starts with their phone on (very obvious, since the lights are out). Other members use this time to talk.
I understood from the beginning that this time is to be used as a stretching, even for meditation,
