I love to come to the class, every time I visit I feel it worth every minute because I can feel my muscle are working. most of the instructors are good they focus and make sure we have right forms.

One thing that I am not too please about is some instructor has music so loud during teaching, how can you focus on your form and try to listen what she said with the loud music... I thought Yoga suppose to relax you !! :)

Love the instructors! Leticia is awesome. She is always so positive and her instruction gives opportunities to work at the level that is right for my body that day. Whether I'm up to push my strength and increase flexibility or I need to stretch and be gentle in my exercise, her teaching allows for both.

The staff and times of availability!

Instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible! Your facility is clean! The products in the store are cute, though on principle I can't buy anything by the brand Spiritual Gangster. That reeks of privilege, and is insensitive to people in communities where gang violence causes trauma constantly. I used to be a high school teacher in low-income communities, and many of my students died and did terrible things to others because of gangs. I can't respect or support a brand that tries to make it cool to be associated with that. Rich girls who can afford yoga memberships and $40 tank tops don't need to think it's cute to be a "gangsta." It's not cute. It's tragic. I wish CPY would consider selling a different product line from which to make money.

Fantastic studio with well equipped and wonderfully decorated facilities, well rounded classes that challenged me without overexertion, and a friendly staff.

Christine's 4 PM class, Monday and Wednesday is awesome.
