I love everything Core Power Mission Viejo has to offer. I have taken every class type offered numerous times. In just over a year I have passed 400 classes, plus earning my 200 hour Teacher Training Certification. I like all of the classes offered plus the unique way each instructor teaches their class.
Special kudos to Robin G, Nassim, and Kayla for always inspiring and challenging me while letting their personal genuineness shine through.
The teachers are the best at this studio. They always welcome you by name and are genuine when they ask how you are. They set the tone for the whole experience.

My sister and I took Shawna's class the other day, she was AMAZING. I loved how attentive she was from the start. She asked about injuries first, which was paramount since my sister had a knee surgery and was a bit nervous. Her class was the first I've had at CP where a teacher broke down in slow steps how to properly set up postures and poses I've done for years. It was the perfect setting of encouragement for my sis who is brand new to hot yoga and for me as someone who's been a yogi for years. Her empathy and passion were infectious and encouraging. I loved her motto "Yoga Practice not Yoga Perfect" we ended class with a dripping wet hug and sweet exchange. Thank you Shawna, my sister is now looking for hot yoga studios near her home. So grateful for the practice and will absolutely come here again when I'm in town!
I absolutely love practicing yoga at Core Power Mission Viejo. I get a feeling of welcoming and belonging every time I step through the door. I am closing in on my 400 th class in my first year. I signed up for my first free week of classes and never looked back. I believe all the instructors have something unique to offer even though the Core Power classes are structured. You can always count on working towards a great sweat!

I loooooove going to the mission viejo location! The instructors are all so helpful and knowledgeable. I love the guidance they provide during class. I could pretty much do it with my eyes closed with their help.
I’ve also bought great items they have displayed in the entrance. A win win over all 😊

Kennedi is one of the most dedicated and experienced instructor with exceptional flow.
I like everything, I especially love the classes Robin G teaches. She takes great pride in planning, preparing and executing her classes. I have learned so much from her and her teaching style. I am sure I will continue to gain more knowledge and wisdom.

The classes are challenging and all the instructors are very good. I especially love Danica, Kennedi, Kayla, Shawna, Lauren and Elisa. Every instructor is unique and every class I have taken is perfect.
