I started CorePower yoga three months ago, over that time I’ve attended about a hundred and eighty classes trying to challenge myself as well as find the better instructors CorePower has to offer. I had the chance to attend Kayla’s sculpt class and in my limited opinion one of best sculpt instructors I’ve had the opportunity to take class from.
