The heat is great the upper level classes and teachers are a great throwback to CorePower beginnings when flow and music and heat and a great workout was always status quo. I miss Nassim, but otherwise Shawna is amazing and the teachers that turn up the heat and have an advanced level of practice and have fun flows are where I find my groove. Been apart of CorePower for 14 ish years now. Love it forever
This studio has really grown on me. Everything is kept so clean and the rooms are nice and big. Most classes allow me enough space to do the exercises properly and focus on form rather than hitting my neighbors like other studio locations I’ve experienced. Kayla, Danica, Wendy and Robin have been among the best instructors with whom I’ve had the opportunity to take class. The compound, yet simple movements in their classes have worked muscles that have been seemingly ignored in other classes.
The studio was clean, my instructor Michelle was knowledgeable, and the class was amazing.

I love the classes and the instructors are the best. Their routines are upbeat and calm when they need to be. It’s a wonderful yoga community that makes it such fun environment to be in.

Eve is the consummate teacher...great cueing, beautiful energy.
Had a substitute teacher and can't say enough - she was actually right up there with probably the two best I've ever had (David in Tustin) - why was she great. She took her time during the begining of class - I have found a disturbing trend among many teachers who literally act like they have to make an appointment in the speed in which they blow throw standing, to crouch, to mountain - the opening series. It is by far the most important part of class - the body is cold, forward bends and back bends can be tough on the back - it's not a flow - it needs to be slowed down tremendously. If you are going to error on having to cut parts of class or speed them up, don't speed up any part of the balancing series - speed up ground work or better, cut out useless parts of the class like standing tree, or stop holding parts of poses for so long that are either not helpful or repetitive - forehead to knee does not require you to stand with your leg at 90 degrees for 20 seconds before entering the pose and if it was then why do standing tree, it is so close to the same. Anyways, get that substitute doing more classes, she nailed it and just as important because many times with subs they tend to shy away from heat - she nailed that also.

The classes in the studio are not designed for those topically traditional yoga, but they are great for the people who would like to do the exercises through yoga practice. The most of the instructors are very dedicated and passionated to their teaching work and very patient and friendly to all of the students. The faculty is clean and well managed. I have enjoyed most of the classes with various instructors over 6 months. It has been good place where I would like to continue to my yoga practice and would like recommend to the others.
