Our family went in for the intro C1 class. Our instructor was amazing. We didn't realize how far away the location was from our home. On our way there we decided we would look for another location for the next time. However, our experience was so positive that after the class we determined we would be coming back here and seeking to take the same instructor.

I love the variety of classes and the instructors are AWESOME!! A great community! Please offer HPF classes in the early morning and early afternoon.

Great teachers! Very open to questions and helpful and friendly. The HPF sequence is always just slightly too hot for me here compared to other CorePower studio locations I go to in Seattle, but I see how maybe the students here prefer it like that due to living in California and being used to more heat :)

I rarely go to CPY Mission Viejo, but my most recent experience was great! I took a "double" and the two instructors were knowledgeable, the studio was clean, and the session left me feeling rejuvenated. I like that they had electrolyte powders available for free, I really needed some after getting such a great workout and sweating so much in hot power fusion yoga.

I really enjoy the classes at MIssion Core Power. Ashli G always puts on a stellar class of Core 2 on Sunday mornings. Kennedy is a phenomenal teacher and I miss her 7pm Core 2 classes a great deal. they were the highlight of my week! (Please bring them back!!) Kayla is an inspiration with her strong practice and creative choreography. Becca's spirited and high energy Sculpt classes rock! I appreciate all the work and dedication and warmth of all the teachers here.

Facilities are very clean. I enjoy Brian’s C2 class which is both challenging and relaxing. He gives great adjustments and clear instructions.

Kayla was amazing as always.

Temperature was perfect which is 90% of what makes a HPF class effective, teaching was excellent also.

The teachers there are very friendly and easy to approach. Like the vibe there.
