Core Power offers different classes that allow the student to sample the many flavors of yoga. Each instructor then brings their own unique personality and approach to the class. This results in the yoga always staying fresh and new. I am constantly reinvigorated and challenged. It is a great experience and it is always evolving.

Yesterday was my first experience doing HPF and it was amazing. My instructor Kristi W. was excellent! She was able to assist both the expert and me the beginner with ease. The studio was clean, the sound was very clear, and I was provided towels and a mat for my first week. I could not have had a better experience. I think this will help in my motivation to do Yoga here full time!

Fusion classes are wonderful. All the instructors are great! It's such a wonderful place to practice.

CorePower Yoga is such a friendly environment from the time you walk in until you leave that I would recommend it to everyone who asked me where I practiced. The teachers really show that they care about each student and that means more than they might know. This is where I got my start into yoga and would love for anyone looking to get their beginning to experience such a welcoming and non judgmental studio. Any equipment that one might need is readily available and all instructors are willing to talk with you so that you can understand what each class is like prior to you going in. I really love my time at core power and I look forward to continuing my practice here.

The staff for the several different yoga class I have attended have all been wonderful, encouraging, friendly and professional. The studio is clean, well maintained and well stocked with needs for the classes. I just wish I could transplant the studio and staff to where I live up in Fairbanks Alaska. Oh well, I will see you again on my next trip to the OC.
