Everything. The instructors, the classes, the inspirational speeches/intros before class, and the overall welcoming appeal. I have been struggling with an eating disorder for years and completed treatment in october, these classes have really helped me remain motivated to recover and regain my sense of self and strength. I am motivated to continue to improve my practice and personal growth.

Love all the classes, the various schedules and the flexibility of daily calendars, location convenience, but most of all core power yoga is like no other, for me it's a unique blend of powerful exercise, rejuvenation, meditation - realignment of the senses, resulting a balance of the body mind and soul.

I took a C2 with Kristen and this class was amazing. She challenged me and supported me with adjustments during my practice. I highly recommend this class and this studio!
