AWesome class
I have been going here for about 7 years or so. I love it because I get a good work out in sculpt. But I also feel very centered with the yoga and savasana at the end. The yoga teachers always have a positive message at the end of class.

Good location with lots of free parking. Spacious and very clean studio w two practice areas. Robin G’s class was amazing (per usual). She makes everything even better than it already is!

BUT, please fix the practice room door so it doesn't slam so loudly. That was a bother pre-covid and has never been fixed. Not very zen ....

Love corepower yoga
Robin was excellent. Loved the classes' energy and challenge. I normally take Corepower Yoga Sculpt classes in Sacramento and really enjoy the class.

Everything was clean.
I took Yoga Sculpt and it had been months since I had taken a class. My teacher Bobbi gave clear cues and modifications. I didn't feel overwhelmed I was able to move in the way that was best for me. I didn't feel judged. I loved that Bobbi reminded me to be kind to myself. I'm so happy to be back in the studio.

Love this studio!!! Very easy to find there is parking, the studio is very clean and plenty of room, the instructor is very informative about current standards and safety.

The studio is clean and I feel safe to continue going to classes. The two classes I have been to since the studio reopened have been absolutely wonderful! I really missed yoga during this past year. Especially heated yoga! I highly recommend CPY!

Shawna is one my favorite yogis. Taking my first class again since the shutdown and for she to be our guide in the the hour for C2.was truly a blessing and welcoming space to restart my hot yoga practice.
I am looking forward to taking more classes with her and the other yogis.
