So far, I have made two classes and they were absolutely wonderful in the end I felt like a whole new person it absolutely helped my clarity and confidence.

She was very good and give clear instructions ! I really liked it because it was my first class after year and half of not being able to do core power 🧘‍♀️ ⭐️

Taylor T. taught a fun and challenging YS. She provided us with different layers to customize our practice. She brought a great energy and can’t wait to take her class again soon!

I loved this studio. It was so clean and everyone was very nice. Also, the class was a good workout too! Lastly, I got Nektar samples. I am definitely coming back.

I am glad that there are options that are not too hot, for which was the class I partook in.

I haven’t been to a yoga class in a long time, so I was a bit nervous getting back into it. However, the first class I took at CorePower yoga was great! I had fun and felt super comfortable!

I really enjoyed Kelly B's CR: sound healing class. I mentioned to her after class during reconnection that it should be at least 75 or 90 minutes for an even better experience. Her skill with the crystal bowls is excellent. The class was very low effort and energy as expected for a restorative evening. Unfortunately, some students were chatting before class started and was not aware of studio etiquette before and after class; that was very distracting for me and other students around me. The side doors in studio 2 could use a full frost effect and/or black-out rolling blinds since the exterior light post was shining into the dark room during the whole class. The men's locker room was tidy and did not smell bad. The retail area was decent. The lounge area was welcoming. Front desk was neat and not cluttered. Plenty of parking in the evening was a plus!

Awesome teachers, spacious studio, and nice variety in the schedule. Only complaint is the shower situation - extremely low water pressure and could be cleaner.

My mom and I love taking Mirela’s Candlelight HPF on Tuesdays! We’ve been taking her classes for several months at this point, and not only is Mirela always so friendly and kind, but her teaching has improved by leaps and bounds, I love how much effort and intention she puts into each of her classes. I do wish we were in the bigger room with the better heater, and that the Woodbridge studio had more evening HPF classes.

I think all of the 5:45 AM teachers are upstanding yoga i instructors.

Fantastic instructor and safe setting

I loved the music the instructor energy, the different level of options, and challenging me to do more. I love when they use the microphone speaker because I love the music to be loud but would also like to hear them
