Ashlyn is an amazing teacher. She is able to teach a wide range of students allowing newer students to enjoy the practice while offering seasoned students opportunities for growth. There is a temptation to keep a class “vanilla” just for the sake of doing so but she is able to offer something different each class and I think that’s why her classes tend to be filled and why I keep coming back.

Everything was great, knowledgeable instructor, well equipped facility, clean showers, and friendly staff. Will definitely come back if the rates are reasonable.

The instructors at Woodbridge Core Power Yoga are phenomenal. They put their heart into each and every class. They demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, very effective skills, and warmth. They continue to make me feel very welcome each time I am in the studio. Ashlyn Z, Vinny, Rico, Shawna Woodgate, Kelly, manager, Karly, Amber, mu, Jeni, Bobby, D, Whitney, and Rupesh are absolutely outstanding and world-class teachers. I I am confident that Core Power corporate will do everything in their power to retain these fabulous instructors.

great teacher and great class

Pauline was really great! I really enjoyed her sequencing and the theme of connection. The studio and changing areas were clean and I could put my stuff in a locker. I would not hesitate to come back if I am in the area again.

The personalization of the instruction and the holistic approach to the work. I felt that the instructor really cared about what she was doing.

I mentioned to Whitney A, the instructor, that I might need to do modifications because of my tight hip flexors and he worked some poses into the practice that really helped. The pace of the 1.5 class was perfect. Thank you, Whitney!

I started coming to CorePower Yoga about a month ago, I’ve been loving both the Woodbridge and Tustin locations. Instructors are all great. I love that each instructor has her own style and cadence, but at the same time, it makes the same class not really the same level of intensity expected. And on the same day of the week, sometimes it’s not that same instructor from the prior week. So it’s a little challenging to find consistency. A second note is that I would wish instructors to focus more on correcting the poses. I know there are students with more experience in every class, but as a relative beginner, there are always doubts in my mind on whether I’m doing the poses correctly. It would be so great if this piece could get incorporated in some of the CorePower 1&2 classes! Thanks!

I enjoyed the relaxing C 1 class.

The studio was spacious, there were cleaning cloths & spray bottles for use inside & accessible after class unlike the other studios that I go to. The yoga instructors (Whitney & Ashlyn) were real pros. I learned 3-4 new poses 👍❤️ Ashlyn even sang & played the guitar during shavasana which was refreshing. Shower rooms were ample.
I would practice there again.

I love Pauline and Ashlyn's classes, which are the primary reasons I maintain a membership. They keep the room consistently hot and deliver a great class!
