EVERY instructor is unique with great energy they bring to the class. Even though I do mostly the sculpt class, it's always slightly different - the music, theme, workout routine changed up, etc. I like how they keep improving it with suggestions from the students as well as best practices so you are properly warmed up and won't get injured during the class. The Woodbridge facility is very clean and both studio rooms are very well maintained.

Music, vibe and sequence of the yoga class was amazing! Best way to get rid of stress and anxiety and reconnect with inner peace and good energy to be the best version of ourselves. Highly recommend!
