I have been a member for over 10 years now. I love the staff, the programs, and cleanliness of the studio. My only comment would be to think about adding a program for kids, expecting mothers, and new mothers. I did expecting and new mothers gentle yoga for my body (and sanity) and it was tremendous help in helping me get back on my feet. My kids are 10 and 12 now but I know adding yoga for kids (especially in the summer time) would benefit them. More and more private school are incorporating yoga into their curriculum knowing that mental and physical 'calmness' is key in performing well at school. My 2 boys are hockey players and stretching is something they need to work on.

Leadership and team here do an excellent job in making this location so welcoming and enjoyable. Classes/instructors are great, but this is the best kept, well-run CorePower studio in the area.

The studios are always clean and organized, and every instructor is so knowledgeable and welcoming! As a new member to Corepower Yoga, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Woodbridge, and can definitely see myself here for the long run.

Elizabeth always puts the extra effort into setting up a candlelight experience and does a nice flow for a 5:45 am class. The shower facilities are always nice and clean.

I did the free trial and I’ve never really done yoga before. The sequence was easy to follow and challenging. It was a great workout and Brenton did a great job leading the class
