When I attended the hot power fusion yoga class, our instructor, Heather, gave me and my friend very realistic expectations of the class. I have not been to a hot yoga class in quite some time, and I was very overjoyed to have made it through Heather's class. On top of a great experience, everyone was very respectful and clean in the studio.

I didn't realize this was hot yoga and I was SO worried, as I'm not a fan of bikram. But it was SUCH a better experience. I felt welcome and relaxed and still got a great workout.

I feel like Corepower Yoga Instructors are extremely knowledgeable about what they are offering to their students, and take the utmost care in giving every cue, and adapting the poses for each person whilst keeping the class flowing nicely. That takes a lot of practice and care and I really appreciate that.
