I love your C1 classes at 11am in Encino! You're classes & instructors are great - they have a good sequence of exercises, the temperature is warm and perfect for stretching, but not too hot, an hour class is perfect for me & the Encino location very close to where I live. Sara's class was great yesterday - she's a wonderful teacher & I enjoyed her class a lot. Thank You!

This is the first location I have seen Core Cardio available at. It was a tremendously challenging class, but right up my alley and I have no regrets whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends!

Gabys sculpt class is the best. I wish her 730 am classes weren't canceled. She truly teaches the best sculpt class and I've been to 5 locations
