I love the hot power yoga. At the time I didn't think it was hard and I work out regularly but I was really sore the next day.

I LIKE THE IDEA AND THE ENVIRONMENT. I ALSO LIKE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO MAKE A YEAR LONG COMMITMENT...OR ANY COMMITMENT FOR THAT MATTER! THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AND ITS A PEACEFUL AND SUPPORTIVE FEEL. REALLY FEELS LIKE A COMMUNITY. I TALK IT UP TO EVERYONE, BUT I DO NOT WANT IT TO GET TOO CROWDED.

I really enjoy some of the teachers, especially Stevie, Sarah West, and Caitlin. Love Hot Power Fusion. Sad you took out the 7:30 classes

Classes, teachers, cleanliness

I like the core power model which assures well trained competent teachers. You know what you are getting. I think the heat system is not as good at encino as Sherman Oaks where I also go. It is jarring. Gets very hot, then cold and clammy, drafty under doors etc. parking is great. I feel that the 1.5 and 2 classes are a little bit less good at this studio. Not enough flow. Teachers seem less experienced. So again like the heat, either too slow and easy with too much talking or they jump straight to complex poses without enough preparation. Also others yogis have told me about stealing in this studio.... Thanks for the chance to complain, but basically I love the studio. Just thought these were good things for you to know

Small class sizes, friendly and positive instructors, clean facitlity

Your studios and teachers welcome all levels with open arms and excitement to share their yoga practice. The environment is safe and rewarding, as I'm able to center myself but also feed off the energy of others.

What a fantastic stress reliever! The classes are blasting with postive energy from the instructors, the poses, and the cp community. The studio is clean, the rooms are decent in size, and the schedule fits all schedules from working professional to full time student.

I love the entire concept of CorePower Yoga - the fact that I can take a different style class every day if I want or the same class every day is fabulous! Every single instructor is kind and encouraging, but very knowledgeable about all aspects of yoga practice. The facilities are clean and well kept and there is even a line of yoga clothes for sale.

Excellent classes, challenging. Informant kinds of yoga and like the ifferings to work out and do yoga at core. I feel infer the benefits of mid yoga and option to get in amazing shape with sculpt classes. Love the facility, amenities and shower option . Can highly recommend

great staff and classes

The teachers are great, there is a variety of times and locations for different classes, the merchandise is beautiful and they conveniently have towels, water, lockers (and locks!) and showers available.

It was my first time going to the Studio at Encino. I loved the welcomeness and earth of the teachers there. The classroom was very conformable and had lots of space. I loved the teacher there. She was very knowledgable, she made us use some Kundalini breath, that was very relieving, and empowering too.
The only think i personally didn't connect to was the choice of music in the front desk area. I was a pop top 40 style, that i am not very fond of, so instead of getting me in a soothing mind zone, it annoyed me a little. Everything else was great!
