Everyone is very welcoming and the atmosphere is completely relaxed. Unlike some other studios I've visited, there is no pressure to look or act a certain way. All levels of practice are accepted and even encouraged.

The length, the times of class and the time of day that Core Power Yoga offer their classes are great! I can find a class everyday no mater how hectic my schedule is. Often I need a class mid day and gyms like Equinox (which have the same monthly membership fee)seem to offer nothing mid day.
