I enjoy the classes, the consistency (that enables me more easily to put aside performance anxiety) and many of the instructors. But they can be a little spotty sometimes in their rigor, and a good friend and longtime yogi had some disappointing experiences.
I love the atmosphere and the teachers are always very friendly and knowledgeable when teaching the classes. They offer helpful hands on assists and the classes vary enough that I never get bored. Studio is clean and spacious. Love it.

Love this studio. The manager Mary Hazen is such an inspiration. The other teacher are also amazing. I love CPY and just completed my 200 hr TT. Such a great life changing experience. I've told all my friends about CPY and encourage anyone to try your studio out. I love that there are multiple locations that we can go to - I go to 3 of the 5 studios here in Seattle area. Any thoughts about opening in ABQ? I grew up there and think you could have success there as well.

The teachers are really great, knowleable and nice.
As a Black Tag Member, I feel like we should receive complimentary towels and mats. I personally have a black tag membership since I travel quite often, and it is not always convenient to carry my mat with me (when flying). Since this level of membership is catered towards individuals who are able to visit different locations, it would be a nice benefit to include mat and towels within the monthly membership for these members.
I really appreciate the general positive vibe of the studio and the quality of the instructors. I appreciate that the instructors encourage mediation, presence & mindfulness, community connection, personal and spiritual development, etc during each class rather than just the physical work-out aspect of yoga. I also appreciate that the instructors vary their routines and focus of class so that it is balanced and engaging.
Love the studio and practice space! Very clean, too. Teachers are well versed and do a great job working you out while also leaving you feeling zen at the end of class.

It is a great atmosphere. Working in a group with great teachers while being able to fully focus on yourself makes this place exceptional.
I've only been to two classes thus far - C1 @ Queen Anne studio and C1.5 @ Ballard studio. I haven't done yoga in years so I appreciated that they were both well taught and consistent to one another. The front desk staff are also very friendly.
