Catherine Condon and Sydney are great teachers! Clear and easy to follow. Catherine re-taught us the Chaturanga - which was so helpful! She also honors all requests for the specific needs of the day. I was really pleased and felt great after the class!

Great facility and yoga

Facilities spotless , great instructor Really knowledgeable and great quality of yoga.
Was my first time doing intense yoga with weights.

I attended the community session at 11am on Sunday Jan 12th, 2025. Auz was absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming from when I first stepped inside. This was my first yoga class ever and I was quite nervous but I watched what everyone else was doing and got along just fine.
I really appreciated the coins where we could opt in and out of hands on assist at any point. The class moved pretty fast and I wouldn't recommend it for a first time yoga goer as I don't think this was geared towards beginners (and that's okay). I think the highest praise I can offer is despite this class moving fast into a variety of poses I had never heard of, I still want to come back and do it again and I think the instructor, Auz had a lot to do with that!

Fantastic Yoga Sculpt class with Meredith. Fast pace, hit all the major muscle groups. Great music and energy. Room was perfectly hot to feel a little extra challenging. Would recommend for sure.
