Personal,open & considerate approach.

My instructor was great. She was super friendly when I came in and showed me around since I'd never been to this location before. At the beginning of class, since it was a small group, she asked if any of us wanted to focus on anything, and then followed through. She gave great adjustments and gave us options to work on what we wanted to in playtime. It was my first day making it all the way up into fallen angel on one side (still working on the left side), which was really exciting. After class, I was chatting with her about it and she gave me some helpful advice about shoulder placement. It was a great class and I'd love to come back next time I'm in Seattle!

First week free makes it a good starting point. You have convenient hours and many locations I feel like I can drop in all over town. Your annual holiday gift card 20% off deal is much appreciated. And there is plenty of swoon worthy apparel at studios. I wish your Groupon and Gilt deals let students redeem them at any time not dependent on last package bought. I end up waiting for that 6 mo mark until I can redeem packages sometimes, and I would buy more classes in between deals if there wasn't such a restriction, but I get hung up on the discount because it's Expensive! But I love it.

Love this studio! Pretty much my second home. Great instructors and always a clean space. Not to mention, all the amazing product they sell! Would recommend this place to anyone AND everyone!

Very nice, clean space, friendly instructor and effective class! My one constructive critique would be the instructor's pace (Monday 9am class) was a bit fast for me..both how quickly she spoke, and how quickly we moved from pose to pose. I found myself purposefully lagging a bit to better settle into each pose before moving on. But overall I do like the studio and appreciated the class, instructor and overall environment.

The community we have here at Core Power is like no other studio I have been apart of. It's like we are a family. The products are high quality and it is very convenient, the things that are offered at the studios. Such as tampons, lotion, shampoo etc.

Great class

For a first time visitor, I was glad that you provide a complimentary towel & mat for the first visit. The instructor, Alysha, did a wonderful job. Knowing her growing up and seeing, feeling, and working with her guidance through the practice, I was not only amazed with her class but I was amazed that it went so well! I'm so proud of her and I'm glad that she helped me relax so well. I'm glad that corepower has such comfortable surroundings and people in its midst.

Great space and staff! Classes are consistent. The floors could be cleaner since people are sweating, I always tend to look over and see something on the floor while lying on my mat.
The times are convenient and classes always fun!

I love this studio. Free parking, a clean place to shower &/or change, wet wipes to clean the mat, and consistently strong yoga teachers. The staff is patient, friendly, and helpful in every circumstance. The hot room is welcoming, with warm air and dim lighting and soft music. I look forward to coming to the mat.
