Love Auz D's classes. Very thoughtful, structured, lots of cues, and interaction with all the participants in her classes. She has really good directions to focus on as you move ... I love her way of seeing things in the yoga world. A path of opening and exploration.

On another note, where did all the cleaning wipes go?
While the location itself is rather inconvenient for me (the furthest from where I live of the three downtown CPY studios), it's a great studio with solid instructors and clean facilities.
