Great teachers and classes!

The classes I've been to (HPF, HPF candlelight and yoga sculpt) are incredibly fun and beneficial. I love how the classes make me feel like I got a real workout without it being strenuous. All of the staff members I've met so far are wonderful, so nice, encouraging and helpful. I leave every class feeling relaxed, energized, and proud of myself for the practice I've done.

I love CPY and the Poway location is one of my favorites. The instructors are always so friendly and helpful. The location is clean and welcoming and the selection of products is great.

The instructors are what make this studio great! I can say without a doubt that the staff are some of the friendliest people I know. They are welcoming, inspiring and they make the studio a safe place to practice regardless of your skill level.

I love the intentions at the beginning of practice. I love the time to focus only on our breathing and ourselves and our health, mentally and physically. I love the gentle adjustments to be sure that we are getting the most out of the pose or movements. I love the peacefulness that it brings to me.
